Where can I view and edit the emails I have sent or scheduled?

When an email is sent or scheduled, you can review its details, contacts included, timestamp and the content message, in the Sent page.

An email can have three statuses:

  • Scheduled: email that has been scheduled to a future date
  • Sent: email that has been sent 
  • Cancelled: email that was cancelled. Any email event can be cancelled before it scheduled date


Each email record can be reviewed in the side panel.


For all scheduled emails, there is an option to Cancel or  Reschedule before their due time.


And also, you can remove one or more recipients for all scheduled emails. To do so, simply click on the X next to the recipient you want to remove.
