      I Operate as an Agent, But the System Still Asks Me to Update the Agency License.

      If the system is asking you to update your agency license when you operate as an agent, follow these quick steps:

      1. Log in and visit Settings > Agency Profile tab.
      2. Edit "Agency Information."
      3. Select "Operating as Agent."
      4. Save Changes.


      Remember:

      • If you are operating as an agency, both the agency license and agent license are required to be verified.
      • If you are operating as an agent, the agency license section will be hidden, and you only need to verify your agent license.
