How do I update my personal or agency license information?

To update your personal (agent) license information, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the platform.
  2. Navigate to the "Settings" section.
  3. Look for the "Your Profile" tab and click on it.
  4. Within that tab, you will find an "Edit" button next to "Agent license." Click on it to make changes to your information. The information will be validated to enable/keep the features.

To update your agency license information, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on the platform.
  2. Navigate to the "Settings" section.
  3. Look for the "Agency Profile" tab and click on it.
  4. Within the "Agency Profile" tab, you will find an "Edit" button next to "Agency license." Click on it to make changes to your information. The information will be validated to enable/keep the features.

If you operate as an agent, with only a personal license, and the system is asking you to update the agency license, it's important to follow these specific steps:

  1. In the "Agency Information" section under the "Agency Profile" tab, edit the section and select the option that says "Operating as Agent."
  2. Once you have made the necessary changes, click on the "Save Changes" button to update your information.


Remember:

  • If you are operating as an agency, both the agency license and agent license are required to be verified.
  • If you are operating as an agent, the agency license section will be hidden, and you only need to verify your agent license.
