Who are the Agency Development Managers and How do they Help?

Our Agency Development Managers, or ADMs for short, are our mainline support for our agency force. We have 4 ADMs across the country, each with their own regions, where they help agents with:

• Introduction to Agentero's systems and carriers
• Agentero portal training for agency owners and staff
• Personal or Commercial lines rater training
• Quote support
• Carrier training
• Carrier appetite questions
• Login support
• Request for additional training or marketing materials
• Adding producers
• Adding new carriers
• Carrier issues or problems
