# Who are the Agency Development Managers and How do they Help?

## Our Agency Development Managers, or ADMs for short, are our mainline support for our agency force. We have 4 ADMs across the country, each with their own regions, where they help agents with:

- Introduction to Agentero's systems and carriers
- Agentero portal training for agency owners and staff
- Personal or Commercial lines rater training
- Quote support
- Carrier training
- Carrier appetite questions
- Login support
- Request for additional training or marketing materials
- Adding producers
- Adding new carriers
- Carrier issues or problems
