How can I remove a client from notifications?

When a client does not want to receive any communications from the Agentero Portal, or simply you do not want your client to receive any notifications, you can always unsubscribe the client from Agentero. 

  1. Navigate to the Contacts section and search for the client profile.
  2. Open the client profile
  3. Under the Contact Details section,  turn off the Subscribe to communication button.
